Like any normal day, I jump on my computer first thing in the morning, fire up my Digg (RSS) Reader, yet this time I am greeted with this message:

Digg Reader is shutting down on March 26, 2018. Bummer, we know. Export and download your feeds and folders from digg.com/settings and you can add those to another reader product. Don't worry! You can grab your feeds after Reader is gone.

I start getting flashbacks of Google Reader shutting down 5 years ago.

So my first thought is where to now? Where are these Digg Reader alternatives?

I'm undecided if I can move to a dedicated app, or want to stick with a web app. It would actually be neat to sync my RSS feeds across Mac/Android.

I'm going to be trying out a bunch and will come back with my favourite/s.

This is the shortlist, in no particular order, so far:
